Returns and refunds

Sealed jars and unused goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened food cannot come back unless it arrived wrong.

What to do

1. Send your order number to support@prizmgoodsco.com.
2. We reply with where to send it.
3. Your refund goes back to the card you paid with once it arrives.

Arrived broken or wrong

Send a photo. We replace it or refund it, with the shipping.
